We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and ask you not to include it in support messages or crawl configuration.

We use information to provide and improve Basecrawl, authenticate users, process API requests, calculate usage, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and send essential service notices. API logs and crawl-related operational records are retained according to the limits of your plan or our documented operational schedules.

No system is completely secure, so please use strong credentials and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
